If you think that there's a submission that may be breaking some certain guideline of the Content Submission Guidelines (in this case, it appears you're referring to a certain animation, so we're talking of the Movie Submission Guidelines here), you can fill a report by pressing the flag button below it and a member of the Moderation Team will (probably) give it a check - you aren't helping anybody (and in any way) by making this news post.

Go report it by marking the logo of the option according the guideline it may be breaking (in this case, you should mark the option that says "improper"), and in case you're right, you'll recieve whistle points.

im bouta report so much stuff possibly >:)

@bonehead0 I encourage you to do so, though I also encourage to be **very** careful and responsible with doing it - failing too much times may lead you to lose many whistle points, which in consequence will end up giving you a garbage whistle (which is useless by itself and has no really effect when you flag stuff while having it, avoiding the fact that it's fairly difficult to return it to a normal level).

If you ever have any doubts of reporting something, please, make sure to take a glance to the respective Content Submission Guidelines before filling a report.

Contacting via PM with a Moderator to ask is a valid choice as well, though I would recommend opting for it on specific cases.
